Did you read the interview with J.Crew’s CEO where she acknowledges they’re trying to be an ageless brand. It’s like, duh! But so few brands admit it, much less do it! Love that J.Crew is walking the walk.

I did! Libby Wadle is a fantastic leader and the brand is doing it right, from design and collabs (did you get anything from the Christopher John Rogers one?) to styling and the resurgence of the catalog with the Demi Moore cover. Look forward to steering more brands this way in the new year through my work with THE BOARD.
